Milco is a Mechanical Engineer, from Universidad Simon Bolivar (USB) Caracas, Venezuela, with an specialization in centrifugal pumps according API standards and strong acknowledgment as developing business opportunity, skills learned during his path through ITT Goulds Pumps and Ruhrpumpen as Regional Sales Manager and Country Manager, in total Milco have more than 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas business working in several major projects alone side the country for PDVSA facilities

In 2004 Milco found SDL Services & Supplies, as one of the main providers of equipment and technical solutions to the Oil & Gas, Milco also was the founder of Milden Distribution Corp in the 2011 as provider of equipment to the Oil & Gas market for Latin American region.

Milco is also a tennis and golf player
